Job summary

Tri-Force Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a senior IAM consultant to design, implement, and support enterprise identity and cloud security solutions. The role emphasizes hands-on implementation, architecture leadership, and OCI IAM expertise across public and private sectors.

The candidate will design IAM architectures, configure policies, enable SSO, and ensure least-privilege access while guiding OCI environments, migrations, and multi-data-center deployments. Remote work is available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise identity and cloud security solutions.
• Strong hands-on implementation skills, architecture experience, and leadership of complex IAM initiatives across public- and private-sector environments.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Identity and Access Management (OCI IAM) including domains, users, groups, dynamic groups, compartments, federation, and access management.
• Experience designing and implementing OCI IAM solutions, configuring IAM policies, enforcing least-privilege access, integrating enterprise identity providers, implementing SSO, and securing cloud resources across enterprise environments.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and securing OCI environments including architecture, cloud migration, infrastructure security, high availability, and multi-data-center deployments.
• Experience deploying and supporting IAM platforms using OCI Kubernetes Engine (OKE), Kubernetes, and container-based architectures; knowledge of active-active, HA, DR, and production reliability.
• Strong expertise in SSO, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML federation, LDAP authentication, and authorization; integrating enterprise apps with centralized IAM platforms.
• Experience implementing automated user provisioning and deprovisioning, birthright provisioning, identity lifecycle workflows, directory synchronization, and enterprise identity integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise IAM and cloud security solutions across diverse environments.
• Lead IAM initiatives with strong hands-on implementation and architecture input.
• Implement OCI IAM components: identities, domains, users, groups, federation, and access management.
• Configure IAM policies, enforce least-privilege access, integrate with enterprise IdP, and enable SSO across resources.
• Architect OCI environments with migration, high availability, and multi-data-center deployments; support OCI Kubernetes Engine deployments.
