Northridge Health & Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team in Georgia. You will provide direct patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary Rehabilitation Services team, and supervise OT Assistants per Georgia board rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current, unencumbered Georgia OT license.
• Prefer two years of experience in skilled nursing facility rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to a positive work team through information sharing, problem solving and openness to feedback.
• Supports activities as introduced by Rehabilitation Services.
• Provides superior patient-centered care with consistent follow-up and communication.
• Supervises Occupational Therapy Assistants as defined by Georgia board rules.
• Collaborates with Rehabilitation Director and other disciplines for efficient case management.
• Maintains up-to-date clinical knowledge through seminars and journals.
• Promotes safe working practices and punctual attendance.
• Engages in committees and system-wide projects as needed.
