Job summary

Northridge Health & Rehab in Commerce, GA is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to deliver skilled rehab services in a nurturing, mission-driven setting.

You will supervise OT Assistants as required, collaborate with the Rehabilitation Director and other disciplines, and maintain up-to-date knowledge through continuing education.

Eligible candidates hold a Georgia OT license, a Bachelor's or Master's in OT, and preferably 2 years in SNF rehab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current Georgia OT license required.
• Two years experience in skilled nursing facility rehab preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to a positive work team and supports Rehabilitation Services.
• Supervises Occupational Therapy Assistants per Georgia board rules.
• Collaborates with Rehabilitation Director and other disciplines for case management.
• Maintains up-to-date clinical knowledge through seminars and journals.
• Delivers safe, effective patient care and follows Rehabilitation Services guidelines.
