Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.
• Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing.
• Prefer a minimum of four years of experience, preferably in LTC.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Rehab in managing rehabilitation services.
• Assess, develop, and deliver therapy programs.
• Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation skills.
• Manage therapy staff and ensure adherence to a plan of care.
