Job summary

Qualifications

• Active NYS OT licensure required.
• NBCOT registration mandatory.
• Senior OT with rehab experience in hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and conduct OT programs for rehabilitation.
• Test and evaluate patients to set realistic goals.
• Develop health promotion activities and group programs.
• Coordinate with rehab team to align therapy with other therapies.
• Train caregivers and supervise staff in OT techniques.
• Maintain records and document patient progress.
