• Maintains and charts evaluations and progress notes following note writing guidelines.
• Demonstrates knowledge of OT principles and theories relating to patient care.
• Supervises OT students as assigned.
• Attends patient rounds, conferences; presents information to all present.
• Maintains equipment and treatment area in a clean, safe and efficient manner.
• Follows standards of practice/care in the treatment of all patients.
• Consistently treats the assigned number of patients.
