Job summary

The role requires SC licensure and NBCOT certification, with BLS certification and more than 1 year of applicable experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current South Carolina licensure and NBCOT certification required.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required. Greater than 1 year of applicable experience required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, administers, and directs administration of therapeutic procedures to patients recovering from injury, disease, surgery, or other ailments.
• Establishes goals of occupational therapy and re-assesses progress at regular, timely intervals with documentation.
• May direct support staff in assisting with treatment and care for patients of all ages.
