• BS/MS in occupational therapy; Current Texas license.
• CHT and/or CLT preferred
• BLS from a hospital-based American Heart Association (AHA) program.
• Four (4) Years Work Experience as an OT; minimum 1 year as OT with bridge path to OT license.
• Ambulatory care setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient evaluations and administers interventions in department or ambulatory clinics.
• Manages patient appointment systems and coordinates with front office on service authorizations.
• Demonstrates ability to adapt to diverse patient needs and supports education and research activities.
