Job summary

Magee Rehabilitation Hospital in Philadelphia is seeking an Staff Level II Occupational Therapist to evaluate, treat, and discharge plan for a full patient caseload across acute and outpatient settings. The role collaborates with other health care professionals to coordinate treatment plans and care.

The position requires a relevant degree, 2 years of clinical practice, a valid state OT license, NBCOT certification, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 2 years of clinical practice required.
• Valid state license in Occupational Therapy.
• NBCOT certification required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy evaluations, treatment planning, and discharge planning for a full patient caseload.
• Participate in student education and orientation/preceptorship of staff.
• Plan, organize and deliver treatment programs to help clients recover and rehabilitate.
• Document health progress, daily treatments, evaluations and discharge summaries.
