Job summary

Midland-Marvel Recruiters, LLC is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist for a community hospital setting. The role involves evaluating patients, developing therapy plans, and supervising clinical staff to ensure quality care.

Ideal candidates hold an OT license (state), a Master’s degree preferred, CPR certification, and at least three years of discipline-specific experience. A therapy ladder or relevant specialty certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an OT.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
• CPR certification.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certification preferred.
