About The Role

As a CBRE Senior Occupancy Planner, you will provide space planning, data mining, reporting, and interpretation of space planning metrics for large and high-profile clients. This role is part of the Moves, Additions and Changes function, responsible for building space design, construction, and moving services.

What You'll Do
  1. Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans and recommendations to the real estate team and partners.
  2. Create block or stack plans, charters, and move lists.
  3. Produce drawings and presentations for internal and client meetings, involving project management for move and construction services.
  4. Collaborate with team members on move sequencing and execution.
  5. Evaluate work areas affected by move planning to ensure accuracy of location and office availability.
  6. Manage space walks for validation and update of occupancy metrics.
  7. Maintain occupancy data within the system of record.
  8. Forecast and analyze space planning trends.
  9. Conduct interviews with clients to gather project requirements and address operational and cultural issues.
  10. Coordinate with Organizational Change teams as needed.
  11. Implement space planning code changes and updates.
  12. Facilitate post-occupancy reviews to meet client expectations.
  13. Apply standard principles and techniques to accomplish tasks and solve routine problems.
  14. Lead by example, demonstrating CBRE RISE values.
  15. Impact the quality of work of the team.
  16. Work within standardized procedures to meet objectives and timelines.
  17. Explain complex information clearly.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience; experience and education considered as alternatives. Certification in Corporate Real Estate, LEED, or Facilities Management required.
  • Understanding of procedures and standards for solving problems.
  • Ability to review solutions using technical judgment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and inquisitiveness.
  • Advanced math skills for complex calculations.

Disclaimer
