Job summary

Baptist Health Medical Group in Kentucky is seeking an Operations Manager for OB/GYN services. Under general supervision, you will direct daily operations spanning administrative and clinical functions across one or more sites with 15+ providers and 20+ staff.

You will supervise office personnel, oversee billing and collections, monitor patient services delivery, plan space allocation, and serve as a liaison with patients, businesses, hospitals and senior leadership. On-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and three years of management experience.
• Five or more years of health care experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
