Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking an OB/GYN physician for clinic and hospital-based coverage in Missouri. The assignment involves 20 days per month of clinic and pager call, managing 0–8 patients per shift, and solo coverage with midwife backup for extended contracts.

Candidates should have skills in high-risk pregnancy management, C-sections, and major laparoscopic procedures. Preference given to those with OB ultrasound interpretation capabilities.

Qualifications

• Provide OB/GYN care including high-risk pregnancy management.
• Perform and interpret obstetric ultrasounds when needed.
• Handle complicated deliveries including C-sections and management of multiple births.
• Proficient in surgical gynecology and laparoscopic procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clinic and pager call coverage (approx. 20 days per month).
• Primarily solo coverage with midwife backup option and extended contract.
• Emergency obstetric care including high-risk cases and rapid decision-making.
