Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare seeks an OB/GYN to provide hospital-based coverage in Cape Girardeau, MO. The assignment includes 20 clinic/pager call days per month, managing 0–8 patients per shift, and supporting low- and high-risk pregnancies.

Responsibilities include complicated deliveries, C-sections, laparoscopic gynecology, and OB ultrasound interpretation when needed. Travel and housing are prepaid; malpractice insurance is provided; ongoing support from Weatherby consultant.

Qualifications

• Hospital-based OB/GYN experience
• Low- and high-risk pregnancy management
• Complicated deliveries including C-sections and multiple births
• Surgical gynecology and major laparoscopic procedures
• OB ultrasound performance and interpretation preferred

• Provide OB/GYN coverage 20 days per month in clinic and pager call
• Manage 0–8 patients per shift
• Handle low- and high-risk pregnancies
• Perform or assist with complicated deliveries including C-sections and major laparoscopic procedures
• Interpret OB ultrasound as needed
