Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a General OB/GYN to join a multidisciplinary women’s health team in Naperville, IL. The role combines outpatient clinics, OR time, and inpatient call coverage with a strong support network including an established OB Hospitalist program and on-site NICU.

The package includes a competitive salary range of $330,000 to $425,000, with benefits such as CME allowance, time off, 401k, parental leave, malpractice insurance, and more.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• BC/BC in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Active Illinois medical license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum general OB/GYN care at a Level III hospital.
• Balance outpatient clinic work with OR time and on-call coverage.
• Collaborate with MFM, Gynecologic Oncology, Urogynecology, and OB Anesthesia.
