Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a General OB/GYN Physician to join an established, multidisciplinary women's health team in Naperville, IL. The role offers a balanced mix of outpatient clinic time, operating room access, and inpatient call support within a Level III hospital system.

You will work with an integrated team including MFM, Gynecologic Oncology, and OB Anesthesia, with on-site NICU support and a strong referral network.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• BC/BC in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Active, unrestricted medical license (IL).
• DEA license (or eligibility to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum general OB/GYN care at a Level III hospital.
• Balanced blend of outpatient clinic, allocated OR time, and call coverage.
• Established OB Hospitalist program that provides inpatient call support.
• On-site NICU staffed by Lurie Children's neonatologists.
• Access to modern facilities and strong referral network.
• System-wide Epic EMR and Da Vinci robotic systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including MFM, Gynecologic Oncology, Urogynecology, OB Anesthesia.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to program development.
