Job summary

Colwyn Group is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN physicians to join a mission-driven network in California’s Central Valley. The role offers full-scope OB/GYN care across prenatal, labor/delivery, and gynecologic surgery with outpatient emphasis and shared inpatient coverage.

The position features a base salary of $500,000–$650,000+ with potential to exceed $700,000+ through volume, leadership stipends, and incentives; NHSC/CA loan repayment options and relocation packages are

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board-Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology or on an active path to certification.
• Active California medical license or eligible for expedited licensure; DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope OB/GYN care including prenatal, labor and delivery, C-sections, gynecologic surgery and outpatient care.
• Outpatient-focused track with inpatient coverage shared or referred; collaborate with CNMs/APPs.
• Participate in teaching and curriculum leadership for residency program as applicable.
• Schedule features a standard 4- to 5-day workweek with flexible scheduling.
