Job summary

University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Denver seeks a full-time Instructor or Senior Instructor of Clinical Practice in Obstetrics and Gynecology for our community practice. Responsibilities include obstetric and gynecologic patient care, both inpatient and outpatient, plus surgical procedures and night/weekend call coverage.

You will collaborate with a team of providers, participate in teaching medical residents and students, and contribute to documentation and quality improvement

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required and Colorado medical license
• Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• BLS certifications current
• Active or unrestricted Colorado medical license or eligibility

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality obstetrics and gynecology care including outpatient, inpatient, and surgical procedures
• Participate in night and weekend call coverage
• Collaborate with care teams for coordinated patient care
• Supervise and teach medical students and residents
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and engage in quality improvement
