Ellenco Estágios e Treinamentos seeks a Senior Siemens NX CAM Programmer to develop, optimize, and standardize CNC programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling across multiple machines in a high-precision aerospace environment.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, tooling strategies, work holding optimization, and establishing best practices to improve process efficiency and repeatability on the shop floor. US citizenship or permanent residency required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of CNC programming experience focusing on multi-axis milling.
• Expert Siemens NX CAM skills including complex multi-axis toolpath generation and post-processing.
• Proven experience programming 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers.
• Deep understanding of machining tight-tolerance aerospace components.
• ASME Y14.5 GD&T expertise and translating dimensional requirements into stable processes.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC programs in Siemens NX CAM for complex components.
• Program 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis milling on Grob, Kitamura, Okuma, Mazak, Haas.
• Establish and maintain programming standards, toolpath strategies, and documentation.
• Create setup documentation: tool lists, setup sheets, work holding requirements.
• Analyze and refine processes for stability, cycle time, and tool life.
• Select and validate cutting tools and fixturing based on material and geometry.
• Manage NX Post-Processors across platforms and validate outputs.
• Apply data-driven methods to evaluate machining performance and drive improvements.
