Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership.
• 10+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with regulatory and professional standards across ambulatory care locations.
• Leads initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Recruits, mentors and develops caregivers to foster professional growth.
• Provides guidance as a clinical consultant for evidence-based care across departments.
• Manages departmental budgets and looks for opportunities to improve efficiency.
