Job summary

Regalcare seeks an experienced Administrator to oversee the facility's operations, leadership, and success, including finances, quality, compliance, and outreach. You will attract and develop top talent while coaching existing staff to deliver exceptional resident care.

As Regional Director of Operation, you will drive policy implementation, QA initiatives, and community engagement to elevate outcomes and resident experiences across the organization.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with an unencumbered current MA license.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator.
• Exceptional command of local, state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility's programs and activities in accordance with regulations and organizational guidelines.
• Implement written policies and procedures and professional standards of practice that govern the operation of the facility.
• Facilitate and coach strong department leaders netting an extraordinary team.
• Ensure that all employees, residents, visitors, and the public follow the facility's established policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and steer Quality Assurance and other related improvement projects designed to enhance the resident's experience and outcomes.
• Engage and successfully manage the survey and ombudsman processes.
• Conduct community awareness programs as necessary to keep the community informed of the facility's programs, services, activities, etc.
• Assist the Quality Assurance and Assessment Committee in developing and implementing appropriate plans of action to correct identified quality deficiencies.
• Schedule and participate in departmental meetings to ensure that appropriate information sharing is provided on a continuous basis.
• Assist department directors in the topic selection, planning, conducting, and scheduling of in-service training classes and on-the-job training and orientation programs to assure that current material and programs are continuously provided.
