SayCom Staffing seeks an experienced RN Director of Surgical Services in Wisconsin to oversee 24/7 operations, strategic planning, staffing, budgeting, and patient-care quality. This role leads collaboration with surgeons and hospital units to drive excellence in outcomes.

The position requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and commitment to staff development and operational efficiency in a dynamic acute-care setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in surgical services within an acute care setting.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, equipment, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
