Job summary

Memorial Home Services seeks an experienced Nursing Director to direct and coordinate clinical and administrative operations within the Nursing Division. You will guide units, managers, and staff toward the organization’s mission, goals, and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include leading special projects, implementing new patient care programs, and ensuring Magnet principles are embedded in daily activities. Strong budgeting, change management, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Evidence of knowledge and successful application of quality/process improvement skills.
• Outstanding human relations/communication skills.
• Understanding/experience with budgeting/fiscal management activities.
• Ability to function as a change agent.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and coordination of clinical and administrative operations within the Nursing Division.
• Lead special projects including development/implementation of new patient care programs and services.
• Ensure Magnet Program principles are integrated in day-to-day nursing operations.
• Monitor budgets and variances; assist with annual capital and operational budgets for the Nursing Division.
• Foster interdepartmental collaboration to maximize patient flow and throughput.
