Responsibilities

• Administer and manage nursing services to residents per physician orders and residents’ needs.
• Provide 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services.
• Direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care.
• Assume responsibility for center operations in the absence of the Administrator.
• Support quality care and nursing leadership within the assisted living and memory care center.
