The Arc of Bristol County in Fall River, MA is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to provide clinical leadership across IDD/ABI residential programs and ensure health services are coordinated and compliant.

Ideal candidates hold MA RN licensure (BSN preferred) with at least five years of nursing experience and two years in supervisory roles. The position offers a competitive salary of $95,000–$105,000 and full-time benefits.

Formación

• Active RN licensure in MA; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of five years of progressive nursing experience including support for IDD/ABI, complex medical needs, behavioral health or community-based services.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory/management/clinical leadership experience.
• Knowledge of DDS regulations, ABI Waiver requirements, MAP regulations, HCSIS reporting and person-centered planning preferred.
• Experience with residential/services, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, incident management, and interdisciplinary care coordination strongly preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain within required timeframes.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current vehicle registration and proof of insurance.
• Ability to pass all required background checks for DDS-funded programs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical oversight across IDD/ABI residential programs, ensuring nursing services are person-centered, timely and coordinated.
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing, residential operations, leadership, families, providers and community partners to coordinate care.
• Assist in supervision of Healthcare Managers, LPNs and other nursing staff with coaching and training.
• Review health assessments, orders and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure DDS/ABI/MAP/license standards and agency policies are followed.
• Support MAP compliance and safe medication administration through audits and collaboration.
• Conduct audits of medication systems and health records for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor health indicators and incident trends to drive corrective actions.
• Participate in ISP meetings, licensing visits, and QA initiatives as needed.
• Oversee health plan implementation and training of nursing staff.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to residential needs as assigned.
