Qualifications

• Current license to practice professional nursing in NJ (RN)
• BSN from CCNE-accredited program; MSN preferred within first year
• Demonstrated working knowledge of behavioral health nursing practices and management
• Knowledge of nursing and patient care principles and practices
• Strong management and supervisory abilities with excellent written and verbal communication
• 5+ years of progressive nursing management in behavioral health setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing strategy aligned with Summit Oaks Hospital mission and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate a patient-centric nursing program as a senior leadership team member
• Drive performance in People, Service, Quality, Growth, and Finance
• Oversee nursing operations and behavioral health services at Summit Oaks Hospital
