Qualifications

• English language proficiency required for duties and documentation.
• Ability to work within a nursing care team in varied care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex nursing care independently as part of the nursing care team.
• Report patient observations to LVN/RN and other care team members.
• Assist with patient orientation to unit routines and policies.
• Monitor and document intake and output, deviations timely.
• Participate in Treatment Planning Meetings.
