Responsibilities

• Drafts and monitors recruitment plans for undergraduate and graduate nursing programs.
• Develops recruitment materials and attends information sessions and college fairs.
• Plans CONHS career fairs and mock interviews.
• Coordinates admission materials and collaborates with the Central Advising Office.
• Maintains applicant databases and reports enrollment data.
• Supports student progression from pre-licensure to graduation and alumni status.
• Oversees Nursing Ambassador program and supervises staff.
