Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a Masters Program in Family Practice NP or Acute Care NP is required. If only caring for specific populations, Acute Adult NP or Acute Pediatric NP is required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients through physical examination and medical history per department protocol.
• Collaborates with physicians and clinicians to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Reviews medical records and orders diagnostic studies under established protocols.
• Communicates effectively with health care teams to promote continuity of care.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and documentation of care.
