Texas Oncology is looking for a Senior Nurse Manager (RN) to join our team!This is a hybrid/remote position that will support the Northeast Texas region. This is a full-time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm position with no weekends, call, or major holidays. We are looking for a candidate who lives in the state of Texas as this role will require regular site visits to the East Texas locations as well as occasional in person meetings outside of the region.

What does the Senior Nurse Manager (RN) do?
The Senior Nurse Manager will work in conjunction with, and by the direction of the Northeast TX Regional Nurse Manager, if applicable, to provide nursing support for operations to existing practice locations and newly acquired practices by consulting and advising clinicians on best-practices, implementing of/providing education and training programs, and collaborating on interdisciplinary projects. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
