Job summary

Qualifications

• Nursing degree required from an accredited program.
• NCLEX licence required; active and unrestricted nursing license.
• CPR/AED certification and ongoing continuing education.
• Valid driver license for site visits and trainings.
• At least 3 years of hands-on patient care experience in healthcare or school settings in a managerial role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and supports a team of Nurses within assigned entities, ensuring clinical operations and adherence to health protocols.
• Mentors staff, guides complex cases, and maintains high-performing environment.
• Manages staffing, schedules, and workflow based on patient needs and clinic capacity.
• Ensures accurate documentation in health records and coordinates health program development and evaluation.
