Job summary

The role provides senior leadership, advisory, and administrative oversight for nursing operations across services, reporting to the Associate Director for Patient Care Services (ADPCS). Candidates bring broad nursing leadership experience, knowledge of VHA guidelines, and a commitment to High Reliability

Qualifications

• Nurse IV leadership with scope across services.
• Strong knowledge of nursing regulations and VHA guidelines.
• Experience in executive nursing leadership and care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership and oversight for daily clinical and administrative nursing operations.
• Advise and mentor nursing staff and cross-functional teams.
• Support development of standards of care and policy within nursing.
