Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a current RN license or valid temporary permit to practice in Texas.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Two years NICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document daily patient care.
• Provide patient/family instruction and health promotion.
• Coordinate care and delegate tasks within the interdisciplinary team.
• Lead in implementing evidence-based standards of practice and clinical leadership on the unit.
