Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Nuclear Engineering Required
• Minimum 8 years of applicable nuclear safety analysis
• Develop and deliver technical presentations to communicate a variety of issues: project status, problem resolution, engineering recommendations
• Beneficial: Interest in software programming and code development

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and assessment of thermal-hydraulic models for safety analysis.
• Lead reload safety evaluations for each plant cycle.
• Lead plant-specific licensing basis and analyses of record.
• Be point of contact for plant-specific Safety Analysis inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Lead evaluation of impacts of plant modifications on design analysis.
• Lead project teams.
• Develop and deliver presentations to communicate status, problem resolution or promote related business products.
