Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform MCNP and SCALE analyses for criticality safety, radiation protection and shielding, and isotopic inventories resulting from depletion/transmutation analyses associated with reactor operations.
• Development and/or review of nuclear safety documentation consistent with criteria, requirements, and standards for DOE and commercial applications.
• Perform work consistent with quality assurance procedures and processes for designated tasks, including required verification and validation of applied software.
