Terrestrial Energy is seeking a Safety Manager to lead a world‑class safety analysis organization for IMSR development. You will recruit, develop, and guide safety engineers, ensuring regulatory compliance and licensing for NRC/CNSC/DOE processes.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Nuclear Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in nuclear safety analysis.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety analysis programs for IMSR design and licensing.
• Oversee development of PSAR/FSAR and DOE safety analyses.
• Manage risk assessment, dose consequence, and regulatory interactions.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams for integrated safety.
• Represent company in regulatory meetings and provide clear documentation.
