Job summary

The ideal candidate brings 10–15 years of nuclear project leadership, PMP certification, and a strong background in I&C, electrical, and mechanical engineering. This is a one-year contract with primary site duties in Georgia.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of project management experience, including leadership of complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex nuclear projects from planning through execution and closeout.
• Manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Provide leadership across multidisciplinary engineering and project teams.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, cost, schedule, quality, and performance.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and drive timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status reports to senior and executive management.
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, operations, vendors, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Apply advanced project management methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Mentor and coach project managers and team members.
• Ensure project activities remain aligned with safety, quality, regulatory, and business requirements.
