You will manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables, ensure compliance with nuclear codes, and mentor engineers while pursuing business development opportunities. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Lead cross-functional engineering teams and clients.
• Ensure projects meet nuclear industry codes and standards.
• Expertise in light water reactor technology.
• Experience managing EPC-style projects and bid proposals.
• Travel occasionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of nuclear engineering projects.
• Manage scope, budgets, schedules, and resources across project lifecycle.
• Act as primary client contact with regular updates and relationships.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams for high-quality delivery.
• Review and approve engineering reports and documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
• Support business development and client partnerships.
• Lead proposal development for RFPs/RFQs/EOIs.
• Support cross-region project execution and share technical expertise.
• Ensure compliance with nuclear codes, standards, and internal QA.
