Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum 10 years of nuclear experience.
• At least 5 years in a Design Authority-type function in a nuclear facility.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review existing SRS Engineering Procedures and related documents.
• Develop, revise, and transition procedures and guidance for use within the engineering organization.
• Apply practical nuclear facility Design Authority/system engineering experience when evaluating procedural requirements.
• Ensure procedures address responsibilities, technical requirements, reviews, approvals, interfaces, and implementation.
• Coordinate with Design Authorities, System Engineers, facility engineering, operations, maintenance, and other technical organizations.
• Participate in and lead cross-functional teams supporting engineering program implementation.
• Identify opportunities for engineering process improvement and optimization.
• Develop clear, technically accurate written procedures and guidance.
