Job summary
ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking aSenior Nuclear Power Engineer to support plant-focused engineering activities for nuclear power plants. The role offers remote and hybrid options with up to 15% travel, and responsibilities include leading client discussions and mentoring less experienced staff.
You will contribute to business development, participate in conferences, and interface with industry organizations while delivering engineering analyses and calculations to support project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering.
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience in power generation engineering at OEMs and/or utilities.
- 5+ years in nuclear industry roles (e.g., Turbine Engineer, System Engineer, Design Engineer).
- Proficiency in engineering calculations, assessments, and analyses.
- Willingness to travel 10–15%.
Responsibilities
- Lead client meetings and discussions, applying technical power plant expertise.
- Mentor junior team members and drive technical excellence across the team.
- Assist management with business opportunities, conferences, and training sessions, and interface with industry organizations.
