Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group's Power Generation team is seeking a Senior Nuclear Power Engineer focused on plant engineering for nuclear plants, with remote and hybrid options and minimal travel.

You will prepare for client meetings, lead discussions, and mentor engineers while driving technical excellence across the team. The role also supports business opportunities, conferences, and training, interfacing with industry organizations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of demonstrated experience in power generation engineering at OEMs and/or utilities.
• 5+ years in nuclear industry roles such as Turbine Engineer, System Engineer, Design Engineer, or Senior Reactor Operator.
• Willingness to travel up to 10–15%.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for client meetings and lead discussions.
• Mentor younger team members and drive technical excellence across the team.
• Assist management with business opportunities, conferences, and training sessions, and interface with industry organizations.
• Support plant engineering activities for nuclear plants and provide technical leadership.
• Travel up to 10–15% for site visits and client engagements.
