Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a manufacturing technician to operate in a nuclear manufacturing environment, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs, cGMP, GDP, and quality control standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain production schedules and uphold safety protocols.

The role requires 2-4 years of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to handle weight up to 50 pounds. Training on first shift will occur, with 2nd shift hours on weekdays evenings.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience preferred.
  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
  • Experience with bulk formulation OR filling required.
  • Experience with both is preferred.
  • Aseptic technique preferred.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, preferably in a controlled environment and/or regulated industry preferred.
  • Ability to manage weight up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to be an effective team member.
  • Able to repeatedly follow detailed processing instructions
  • Multi-task, well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Flexibility to work various shifts/schedules as needed
  • Comfortable working in a nuclear environment

Responsibilities

  • Execute SOPs in accordance with cGMP requirements including GDP.
  • Manage inventory.
  • Monitor and verify quality per SOPs.
  • Perform general maintenance and cleaning of equipment and facility.
  • Work with cross functional teams to meet product/production demands.
  • Adhere to a large volume of SOPs and adapt to process improvements.
  • Learn and utilize technology to support manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledgeable in Formulation and Filling.
