Analytic Services, Inc. (ANSER) is actively hiring for a Nuclear Forensics Analyst to support the Deputy Assistant Secretary of War for Nuclear Matters.

This full-time onsite role requires 15+ years of direct experience in nuclear forensics or related fields, with an active TS/SCI clearance, and will engage across interagency partners in NTNF exercises and policy development. Salary range for this position is $143,100 — $207,600 USD annually.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• 15+ years direct experience related to nuclear forensics, CBRN, EOD, or DoW radiological/nuclear crisis response operations.
• Experience with development of DoW Concepts of Operation.
• Experience in exercise design, coordination, and execution at tactical, operational, and strategic levels.
• Experience developing exercise planning products such as EXPLANS, MSELs, AARs and lessons learned products.
• Knowledge of joint planning and the JELC process.
• Experience communicating to senior leaders up to GO/FO level.
• Experience briefing GO, FO, or SES level audiences.
• Experience staffing or advising DoW senior leaders on national security matters.
• Experience working with international/coalition partners.

Responsibilities

• Support DoW NTNF exercises spanning collection, analysis, and evaluation of nuclear forensics samples.
• Coordinate and manage exercise development with DoW and US interagency planners.
• Develop CONOPs, plans, and policies for NTNF missions in domestic and foreign environments.
• Interact with DHS, DOE, DOS, FBI, and Intelligence Community to integrate DoW equities.
• Engage across DoW components and Combatant Commands to support NTNF mission planning and execution.
• Review documents, contribute to studies, and prepare papers and briefings.
• Develop assessments and briefs to support NTNF strategy and policy development.
• Prepare and disseminate meeting materials and summaries.
