Job summary

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking an Enterprise Governance Analyst – Nuclear to support Headquarters DoD nuclear governance activities in the National Capital Region.

The role provides analytical and administrative support to the Nuclear Oversight Council and other designated governance forums, helping prepare senior leaders, manage workflows, document decisions, and track actions related to sustainment and modernization of the Air Force nuclear enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, public administration, political science, national security studies, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and administrative support to the Nuclear Oversight Council and other designated nuclear governance forums.
• Coordinate and consolidate proposed agenda topics, briefing materials, and stakeholder inputs; develop senior leader packages with agendas, read-ahead materials and briefing slides.
• Maintain calendar of governance forums and senior leader engagements; manage forum membership lists and points of contact.
• Prepare minutes, executive summaries, and records of decision for government review; develop action item trackers and monitor follow-up actions.
• Handle classified governance materials in accordance with security requirements.
