Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; PE license preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in energy, transportation, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with NQA-1 quality programs.
• Ability to perform field work and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee subsurface investigations for diverse infrastructure projects.
• Serve as Engineer of Record for technical quality of deliverables.
• Lead Construction Materials Testing and special inspection programs.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams.
