Job summary

Telum Corporation seeks a highly experienced SWCC instructor to support NSW training cadets and augment the SBT IDTC. The role covers VBSS/MIO operations, curriculum management, and logistical planning within the training program.

The ideal candidate will have SWCC Senior qualification, NAVY/NSW instructor background, and hands-on experience with combatant craft SOPs to strengthen training activities.

Qualifications

• Five years’ SWCC experience within the last ten years.
• Five years’ NAVY/NSW Instructor experience.
• Two years’ experience in NSW Combatant Craft Strike Phase execution.

Responsibilities

• Instruct VBSS/MIO operations for SBT IDTC, and assist with schedule development, curriculum management and logistics.
• Assist liaison with NSWG4 and other Special Operations to identify and integrate emerging technologies into the SBT IDTC.
