Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Power & Cooling Sourcing Manager to own New Product Introduction and global supply chain strategies for AWS data center equipment.

You will collaborate with design, quality, finance, and legal teams to qualify new products and scale supply chains worldwide. This role focuses on driving cost-effective, scalable solutions, managing cross-functional projects, and delivering strategic sourcing for power and cooling equipment across AWS data centers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program, project or product management experience.
• 6+ years of related industry experience.
• 8+ years of data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in global supply chain management and sourcing environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Qualify new products or designs with cross-functional teams.
• Drive NPI to global scale while mitigating supply risks and costs.
• Define milestones and develop SOWs for initiatives.
• Manage global supply chain scaling and project cross-functionality.
