Modine Manufacturing Company seeks a Senior Quality Manager - New Product Introduction to lead quality planning and engineering for new product development and launches. You will represent quality across cross-functional teams, ensuring risks, requirements, and deliverables are managed through the stage-gate process.

The role focuses on proactive quality planning, DFMEA/PFMEA, and manufacturing readiness, partnering with engineering to ensure on-time launches with robust processes and supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, Program Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting new product development, launches, or quality planning.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DFMEA, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP, Control Plans, Process Validation, Root Cause Analysis.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and influencing teams without authority.

Responsabilités

• Lead NPI quality planning and quality engineering deliverables across product development lifecycle.
• Serve as primary quality representative for assigned NPI programs.
• Assess product, process, supplier, and customer quality risks and communicate readiness during gate reviews.
• Provide independent quality recommendations for progression through development and launch.
• Drive closure of open quality items prior to launch approval.
• Ensure quality requirements are integrated into manufacturing processes and production documentation.
• Provide hands-on quality support during engineering, prototype, pilot, and production launches.
