Bio-Techne is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex NPI and sustaining initiatives for Simple Western and Biologics products in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with R&D, Systems, Mechanical, Software, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams from concept through launch and lifecycle management.

The role emphasizes program leadership, risk management, and the use of data analytics to improve forecasting, reporting, and portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/biomedical/chemical/systems engineering or life sciences.
• 8+ years of technical project or program management in life sciences/biotech/medical devices.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through full product lifecycle.
• Experience with regulated quality environments (ISO/GMP).

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple complex NPI and sustaining programs.
• Drive cross-functional teams through product development and transfer stages.
• Develop integrated project plans, critical paths and resource forecasts.
• Identify and mitigate risks across technical, schedule, supply chain and quality aspects.
• Provide executive-level status updates and recommendations.
