Job summary

onsemi is seeking a Principal Engineer, Quality and Reliability to lead advanced quality programs across new product development and customer interfaces. You will define reliability requirements, oversee RCCA actions and drive qualification across analog, mixed-signal, and memory products.

You will work with cross-functional teams including Fab, packaging, manufacturing, and design to ensure high-quality, reliable products for Tier 1 customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality and reliability for new product development across analog, mixed signal and memory products.
• Coordinate with customers and product teams to define reliability requirements.
• Perform data analysis and prepare customer-friendly reports.
• Define and manage NPD quality requirements within cross-functional teams.
• Conduct risk and reliability assessments and drive RCCA actions.
• Design accelerated reliability stress tests and models.
• Deploy thorough characterization routines for NPD qualification and ramp.
• Multitask and manage multiple projects.
